At Suni Suni, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible once any pre-sale period has ended.

Order processing

After pre-sale periods have passes, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during busy periods or promotional events.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard shipping costs are a $15 flat rate.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your location, the shipping provider and circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Suni Suni is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information supplied at checkout, although we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.
